1. Corrective Actions (Red Dot’s) to Callout
We’ve introduced an efficient solution for inter-platform connections. Now, corrective actions created on one platform, e.g. ComplianceFlow, can be seamlessly pushed to another, e.g. KFC Platform, with automatic callouts generated for Vendors for those actions.
This feature is powered by secure cross-platform API keys, enabling two-way communication for real-time updates.

2. Corrective Actions (Red Dot’s) to Callout Dashboard
Building on the Corrective Action (Red Dot) to Callout functionality, the Dashboard now includes a dedicated reporting section.
This provides a visual summary of external actions on the platform and allows users to export the data in CSV format for added flexibility.
3. Improved Asset QR Scanning when creating a callout
The QR scanning functionality in Callouts has been changed to allow for a smoother, more intuitive experience.
This improvement ensures users can easily select the correct asset while on-site, making operations more efficient.
Enhancements and Updates
Public Holiday Visibility: Public holidays are now visible to all users with the appropriate role. If you'd like roles assigned to specific users, please contact us at [email protected]
Delivery Address Field Customization: You can now disable the "Title" field in additional addresses within the lead information area for added flexibility. To switch off the title, go to the branch settings and turn off "Show address titles on job card preview and techie view"
Scheduled Jobs Export Report: Credit note amounts are now displayed as negative values in export reports, ensuring improved accuracy.
Performance Optimization: The download process for manufacturing jobs export reports has been enhanced for faster performance.
Accurate Reporting for New Units: When new units are added to a service area, they no longer impact historical reports. Older reports will now correctly reflect scanned and unscanned units.
Enhanced Logout Process: An issue preventing some users from logging out of the techie app has been resolved.
Unit Management: Disabled or deleted units on an Audit Site are now fully deactivated and can no longer be scanned on the platform.
Improved Unit Display: A new field has been added under the corrective action view to display the site name and unit for better clarity.
