1. Start a New Sales Activity
Click on Sales in the menu.
Then click on Create.
2. Choose the Customer Type
If it's a new customer, click on New Customer.
This opens the Lead Information page.
Fill in the customer details and click Save to create the sales activity.
If it's an existing customer:
Search for the customer name.
Select the correct customer from the list.
A new sales activity will be created for this client.
3. Add Sales Activity Details
Scroll down to view the Customer Information section.
Under Record Activities, start building your sales action.
Enter a name or purpose for the activity (e.g., "Call client").
Select whether the customer is contract-based or once-off.
Choose the relevant pipeline stage.
Set the schedule for the activity:
Select the date and start/end times.
Choose if the client is existing or new.
Specify the source.
Choose the activity interval: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Enter the estimated quote value (you can update this later if unsure).
Add sales notes or additional information.
Click Submit to save the activity.
4. Manage the Sales Activity
On the sales activity screen, you can:
Edit the activity.
Generate a quote.
Change the pipeline stage.
Complete the activity.
View your day sheet with all related activities.
Upload documents related to the sale or generate documents via DocFlow.
Post comments or additional notes under the activity.
Alternative Way to Create a Sales Activity
From the Customer Lead Page
Go to Leads > My Leads.
Search for the client and open their information page.
Under the customer information, click Add Sales Activity.
Fill in the activity details as described above.
How to View and Manage All Sales Activities
Accessing Your Sales Activities
Click on My Sales.
Use filters to manage your view:
Date range
Customer name
Call type
Contract or once-off customers
Pipeline stage
Completion status (Yes/No)
Branch (if linked to multiple branches)
Completing and Creating Follow-ups
When an activity is completed (e.g., you’ve called a client), click Complete.
Then, create a new sales activity for the next step in your sales process.
