How to Monitor Sales Activities as a Sales Manager

1. View All Sales Activities

  • Click on Sales.

  • Click on My Sales.

  • You will see a summary of all sales activities across your branch or organization.

2. Filter Sales Activities

  • Use the available filters to narrow down the data:

    • Date Range

    • Client Name

    • Call Type

    • Contract vs. Once-Off Clients

    • Pipeline Stage

    • Completed (Yes/No)

    • Branch

    • Sales Representative

3. View a Specific Sales Activity

  • Click View next to a sales activity.

  • You'll see:

    • Notes posted by the sales rep

    • Uploaded documents

    • Site inspections

    • Additional activity details


4. Monitor Individual Sales Rep Performance

Use the Sales Day Monitor

  • Select the:

    • Branch

    • Sales Rep

    • Sales Period

  • View the selected rep’s Day Sheet, which includes:

    • Start and end kilometers

    • Total calls made

    • Total estimated annual value

    • Total kilometers travelled

    • Sales call details

    • Summary of:

      • Contract vs. Once-Off clients

      • New vs. Existing clients

      • Number of quotes issued


5. Monitor Overall Team Performance

Use the Sales Monitor Screen

  • Select the:

    • Branch

    • Sales Period

  • View a summary of combined sales rep activity:

    • Total sales calls

    • Estimated annual business value

    • Sales reps and their value generated

  • Click on a sales rep’s name to view their Day Sheet.


6. Track Sales Activity by Pipeline

Use the Pipeline Report

  • Filter by:

    • Pipeline Stage

    • Branch

    • Salesperson

  • See which activities are in which part of the pipeline.


7. Export Sales Reports

Download CSV Report under Full Sales Report›

  • Select:

    • Date Range

    • Branch

    • Sales Rep

  • Click Generate Sales Report.

  • A downloadable CSV file will be generated, summarizing all sales data.
