Supplier Orders Now Fulfil Job Cards
Supplier Orders are now fully integrated with Job Cards. When a supplier order is completed, the system can automatically fulfil linked job card items, reducing manual updates and eliminating duplicate entries.
This ensures better stock tracking, improved workflow accuracy, and seamless end-to-end job management.
“Office Use Only” Files on Quotes & Job Cards
You can now upload documents to a Quote or Job Card that are marked as “For Office Use Only.”
These files are visible to internal staff only and hidden from clients. Contact [email protected] to apply this feature to your branch.

Cleaning Remedies visible on Pest Control Site Types
Resolved an issue where Cleaning Remedy options were incorrectly displayed on Pest Control site types. These options should only be visible for Cleaning modules. The fix ensures each site type now shows only the relevant remedy options for that specific service.
Audit Files → Corrective Action dropdown fix
Corrected a bug where the Corrective Action dropdown in Audit Files did not open or populate as expected. The dropdown now loads properly, shows the correct action types, and allows users to select and complete corrective actions without errors.
Monitoring Logs: Only show the relevant units, species, and pesticides for that audit file
This fix ensures that when viewing an audit file, the system now shows only the units, species, and pesticides linked to that specific file, improving clarity and data accuracy.
Change the Credit Limit amount to 2 decimals on the Lead Information Page
Updated the Credit Limit field on the Lead Information page to always display two decimal places. This ensures consistent financial formatting and prevents confusion when working with monetary values.
Add Audit History to Documents – remove “Docs Time and Date Added” display
We enhanced the document audit trail by adding detailed tracking for deleted documents. The audit history will now include the user who deleted the file, along with the exact date and time of the deletion.
Outstanding PO Report – Supplier Order Return status update
An update has been applied to the Outstanding PO Report to improve the accuracy of supplier return tracking. When an item is returned, it will now automatically receive a unique status indicating that the item is no longer outstanding. This prevents returned items from appearing on the “Outstanding” list and provides clearer visibility into the lifecycle of each PO line item.
Callout notifications: Add Store Name, Company Name & Callout Number to the notification sent
Callout notifications will now display the Store Name, Company Name, and Callout Number, giving technicians and admin teams complete context at a glance.
Salesperson defaulting back to initial salesperson on recurring jobs
. The system now correctly maintains the current assigned salesperson for all recurring jobs, ensuring accurate reporting, commission tracking, and workflow consistency.
Org setting to not use lead name for client signature
The system continued to display the lead name as the client signature name, even when the organisation setting was configured not to use the lead name.
