  1. Partial Goods Return – Improved GRV Handling

We’ve updated the logic for partial goods returns.

If items are partially returned, they can now be GRV’d again without blocking the process.

This prevents the previous issue where clients were unable to GRV items due to the system locking the line after a partial return.

2. Bug Fixes and Minor Updates

1. Item Image Upload – Display Behaviour

An issue was identified where uploaded item images only displayed after refreshing the page.

The behaviour was standardised to ensure consistent visibility going forward.

2. Stock Level Message – Item Code Included

The stock level message wa

s updated to include the item code.

This change helps to distinguish between products that shared the same description but had different codes.

3. Job Card Views – “Viewed” Filter Corrected

Some job cards showed 0 views even though they had been viewed.

A new column for job card views was added, and the system was updated to display job cards with either invoice or job card views.

4. Supplier Order & Reporting Updates

Supplier Order Status

When an item was returned, the status now displays “Returned” rather than “Not Yet Delivered.”

5. Outstanding PO Report

Delivered line items were removed from the Outstanding PO Report.Only items that were still outstanding continue to appear.

6. Goods Received Report

Returned items now generates an additional line showing:

The original item details

Status: Returned

A negative quantity (e.g., –5) to reflect the returned amount

This provides a clearer running record of received and returned quantities.

7. Holiday Calendar – Working Days Adjustment

A setting was added to ensure that when holidays were added to a calendar, the branch’s target working days automatically recalculated to account for them.
