🚀 New Features

1. Automatic Recipe Cost Updates

Item cost updates can now automatically reflect in recipes.

  • When you update the cost price of an item in the Item Editor, the system will automatically apply the new cost price wherever that item is used in recipes.

  • This removes the need to manually open and update each recipe individually.

  • All linked recipes will always reflect accurate and consistent costing.

New Organisation Setting:

You can enable or disable this feature via:

“Automatically update Recipe cost when Item cost is updated” (Yes / No)


2. Dashboard Upgrades

We’ve made several improvements to enhance reporting clarity and navigation:

  • Combined reports have been split into individual reports

  • Report grid cells are now evenly sized

  • CSV downloads are now displayed as a list at the bottom of the screen instead of blocks

  • A dedicated Filter button has been added

  • Filters now open in a floatable pop-up instead of being part of the page

  • The Add section has been moved to the bottom of the page

  • Users can now have a default branch set

  • Each report now includes a report category (e.g. items, leads, schedules)


🛠 Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Repeat schedules set to run every weekday will no longer skip a day each month when weekends are excluded

  • Changing item positions on live schedule repeat jobs no longer removes the “Add Item” section

  • Quick schedule date changes now work correctly across multiple jobs

  • Vendors are now prevented from invoicing jobs that are not marked as complete

  • Sales reports now display clearer date picker headings (From Date / To Date)

  • Audit files accessed via customer view can no longer access admin view

  • The audit trail now correctly records:

    • Who created multiple job cards

    • Who finalised or un-finalised them

  • Discounts are now correctly applied when GRV item prices are updated

  • Duplicate scans will no longer be created when submitting comments on unscanned assets

  • Performance improvements when navigating from sub-contacts to main leads

  • Global profitability reports now include both invoice dates and job dates

  • Callout creation messages now display clearer, more detailed information

  • VAT is no longer incorrectly applied to repeat section items when prices are left as default

  • Duplicate quote and job card numbers across different leads have been resolved

  • Partial job card amounts now display correctly to two decimal places

  • Site lists within site groups now display alphabetically

  • Supplier order statuses now update correctly

  • Limit callout editing after vendor has accepted the callout

  • Clicking the asset number or serial number in the asset register now opens the asset view page

  • The date on completed documents no longer changes to today’s date when previewing, generating PDFs, or sending to leads

  • An audit trail is now created when users edit their own profiles

  • Clicking Back to Job from a corrective action now returns to the correct job card and branch

  • Part payment amounts can no longer be set higher than the original order value

  • A new option has been added to print all labels from a site

  • Special Character issues in the comment box have been resolved
