How to View Company Reports Using the My Dashboard Button


1. Introduction

The My Dashboard feature allows users to quickly access important company reports in one centralized view. It provides real-time insights into operational performance, sales trends, customer activity, and stock management.

The dashboard is role-based, which means the reports and data you can see depend on your user permissions within the system.

This tool allows you to:

  • Monitor business performance

  • Track leads and customer activity

  • Review operational reports

  • Export detailed CSV reports for further analysis


2. Accessing My Dashboard

To access the dashboard:

  1. Locate the My Dashboard button in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Click on the button to open the dashboard interface.


3. Selecting Your Organization

If your user profile is linked to more than one organization, the system will prompt you to choose which organization you want to view reports for.

Steps:

  1. Select the correct Organization from the dropdown list.

  2. Click Confirm or Continue.

Once selected, the system will load the dashboard for that specific organization.


4. Filtering Reports by Date

Once you have selected the correct branch or organization, you can filter the dashboard reports by date to view data for a specific time period.

This allows users to analyze performance for a particular day, week, month, or custom date range.

How to Filter Reports by Date

  1. Navigate to My Dashboard.

  2. Ensure the correct branch or organization is selected.

  3. Locate the Date Filter on the dashboard.

  4. Select the desired date range.

  5. The dashboard will automatically update and display all reports based on the selected date.

Important Notes

  • All dashboard reports update automatically when a new date range is selected.

  • The selected date range applies to all graphs and reports displayed on the dashboard.

  • This feature allows users to compare performance across different periods.


5. Adding Reports to Your Dashboard

When opening the dashboard for the first time, you may see a message prompting you to add reports.

Steps to Add Reports

  1. Click Add Reports to Dashboard

  2. Select the All Reports tab

  3. A list of available reports will appear

  4. Select the reports you want to display permanently on your dashboard


6. Available Dashboard Reports

You can customize your dashboard by selecting from the following reports:

Customer & Lead Reports

  • Customer Satisfaction
    Displays customer feedback and satisfaction metrics.

  • Leads Retention
    Shows how many leads are being converted and retained.

  • Repeat Customer
    Displays customers who return for additional services.

  • New vs Repeat Customers
    Compares new customers against returning customers.

  • Total Leads by Source
    Shows where leads originate from (marketing channels).

  • Total Leads Growth
    Tracks growth trends in lead generation.


Operational Reports

  • Job Status
    Provides an overview of jobs currently scheduled, completed, or pending.

  • Follow-up Jobs Report
    Identifies jobs that require follow-up actions.


Financial Reports

  • Monthly Income
    Displays revenue generated for the selected period.

  • Global Profitability
    Provides an overview of overall company profitability.


7. Viewing Detailed Graph Data

The reports on the dashboard are displayed using interactive graphs to help users quickly understand company performance.

Each graph provides additional detailed information when you interact with it.

How to View Graph Details

  1. Move your mouse cursor over any data point or dot on a graph.

  2. A small information box will appear.

  3. The box will display additional details such as totals, values, or percentages related to that data point.

Benefits of Using Graph Hover Details

  • Quickly view exact figures without opening additional reports.

  • Easily identify trends and changes in performance.

  • Improve data analysis and decision-making.

Example

If you hover over a point on the Monthly Income graph, the system will show the exact income value recorded for that date or period.


8. Downloading CSV Reports

In addition to dashboard widgets, the system allows users to download detailed reports in CSV format. These files can be opened in software such as Microsoft Excel for deeper analysis.

To download reports:

  1. Navigate to the Reports Export Section

  2. Select the report you wish to download

  3. Click Download CSV


9. Available CSV Download Reports

Job Reports

  • Scheduled Jobs Export – Download a list of scheduled jobs.

  • Manufacturing Jobs Export – Export jobs related to manufacturing processes.


Lead & Customer Reports

  • Lead Feedback Report – Displays feedback received from leads.

  • Leads Download – Complete list of leads in the system.

  • Recurring Leads Download – Leads generated through recurring services.


User Reports

  • User Report – Overview of system users and their activities.


Asset Reports

  • Assets by Organization – Lists all assets assigned to an organization.

  • Asset Movement Report – Tracks asset transfers between locations.

  • Asset Disposal Report – Records assets that have been disposed of.

  • Asset CSV – Full asset database export.


Order & Sales Reports

  • Order Item Export – Details items included in orders.

  • Woo Report – Export data related to WooCommerce integrations.

  • Item Category Value Report – Shows item values per category.


Branch & Activity Reports

  • Branch Activity Report – Shows operational activity by branch.


Budget Reports

  • Budget Download – Export budget information.


Stock & Inventory Reports

These reports assist with inventory management and stock control.

  • Item CSV Report – Full list of inventory items.

  • Stock Summary – Overview of stock quantities.

  • Stock Exceptions – Identifies stock irregularities.

  • Stock Movement – Tracks stock movements between locations.

  • Jobcard Stock – Shows stock linked to job cards.

  • Stock Usage – Displays stock used for general jobs.

  • Stock Usage (Manufacturing Only) – Displays stock used in manufacturing.

  • Stock Adjustments – Records manual stock adjustments.


Supplier & Procurement Reports

  • Supplier Goods Received – Lists goods received from suppliers.

  • Outstanding PO's – Shows purchase orders that are still outstanding.

  • Item Recipes Report – Displays item recipes used for manufacturing.


8. Best Practices

To use the dashboard effectively:

✔ Add only the reports you regularly monitor
✔ Review reports weekly to track performance
✔ Export CSV reports for detailed analysis
✔ Customize dashboards based on your role (management, operations, finance)


10. Troubleshooting

Dashboard Shows No Reports

Solution:

  • Click Add Reports

  • Select reports from the All Reports tab


Unable to Download CSV Reports

Possible Causes:

  • Insufficient user permissions

  • Browser blocking downloads
