This training covers the day-to-day use of the Audit File system and mobile application.
Technicians are guided through the process of scanning monitoring units, completing treatments, capturing findings, logging corrective actions, uploading photos, and completing electronic service reports.
The training also covers navigation of the mobile app, monitoring logs, trend reporting, site documentation, offline scanning functionality, and compliance requirements.
By the end of the session, technicians will be able to confidently perform services, maintain accurate records, and ensure all site information is captured digitally and in accordance with HACCP and company standards.
