Audit File Module Service Treatment Report

The new Service Treatment Report provides a detailed and traceable record of each pest control service completed. It supports the documented pest-control evidence required for ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 food-safety audits by recording relevant service activities, findings, treatments and recommendations.
This report is part of the Audit File system.

System Setup ton Admin View to enable the Service Treatment Report Workflows.

  1. Activate the Service Treatment Report for your Company.
    Go to your Branch Settings and enable the “Show Service Treatment Report” setting. Set it to ‘Yes’, scroll to the bottom of the settings area and click on Save.
    This will enable the Service Treatment Report for your branch and activate the setting on the lead.

2. Auto send the Service Treatment Report with a Job Card.
Once the service treatment report is activated on your Branch, you will have a new setting enabled on your Lead Edit Page. On the required Lead, click on Edit Lead, scroll to the bottom until you see the setting.
Once enabled, the system will attach a PDF copy of the Service Treatment Report to a Job Card if sent through the system to the Client.
If set to “No”, the system will not send the report but it will still be available on the PRP Index under the Trend Reports Section.

3. Enable Recommendations
To enable Recommendations on Techie View go to Branch Settings and enable the “Show recommendations field on techie view”.
This is required to be activated if you want to use the new Service Treatment Report.
Details on how this is used is explained in the Technician Workflow section below.

4. Additional Audit File Setup required for the report.

a) Property Type
On the Audit File Setup screen, click on “Update Site Info” and add in a Property Type and click on Save. This information will be displayed in the Service Treatment Report.

b) Add Floor Size to Each Service Area.
On the Audit File Admin Area, click on the Service area to open a specific Service Area Admin screen.

c) Service Area Info

Click on “Update Service Area Info”. Add the size of the area in Square Meters and click on save. This information will be displayed in the Service Treatment Report.
Repeat this for all Service Areas.

5. Setting up PPE’s (Personal Protective Equipment) for your Branch
Once setup, your technicians will be able to add the PPE’s that he is using on a Site during a specific treatment. This is an audit required and this info will display in the Service Treatment Report as well.

Click on Audit Files and then PPE. (If you can’t see the PPE section, please send an email to [email protected] and request the permission.

  • Once added all the options will display in a list where you can Edit or Delete it if requited

An explanation on how this is information is used in the system will be explained in the Technician Workflow below.

6. PCO (Pest Control Operator) Number Setup
The Technician that services a site’s PCO number needs to display on the Service Treatment Report. This number can now be added by your to the system.

a. Technician
The PCO needs to login to their profile and click on Edit Profile, add the PCO number and click on Save.

b. Admin User
Go to your branch, click on the relevant PCO’s name. Once on the Profile view of the PCO, add the PCO number and click on Save.

The PCO Number will then display on the Service Treatment Report.


Technician (PCO) Workflow

1. Add Recommendations
When Branch Setting is activated for Recommendations, the Recommendations area will be a compulsory field and will display in the New Service Treatment Report. If there was no information added to this field, the system will not allow the Technician to complete the Job Card.

2. Add PPE’s to a Job Card
The PPE’s used on a site during a service can be added on the PPE section which is inside the Audit File section of Techie View on the Job Card.
The system will also prompt the Technician to add PPE’s before he is allowed to continue Scanning Monitoring units.
If no PPE’s are used, the technician can click on the “No PPE Required”.

Once selected the Techie may continue to scan


Where to find this report.

1. Job Card Admin screen
Once the Job Card is completed, the Service Treatment Report can be viewed on the Job Card Admin screen.


2. Audit File PRP Index
Once the Job Card is completed, the Service Treatment Report can be viewed in the PRP File under the “Trend Reports” Section.
