Our latest platform update brings a range of new features, fixes and improvements across Callouts, Audit Files, Reporting, Job Cards, Assets, Leads and Stock Management. This release focuses on improving data accuracy, access control, reporting flexibility and day-to-day usability.
Fixes & Improvements
Once a Callout has been approved, RGM users can no longer edit the Callout, helping protect approved information from further changes.
Corrected the display of Multi Job Card Invoices when previewing invoices across the platform.
Enhanced the Item Profitability Report with a date range filter and an All option, making it easier to analyse item profitability over specific periods.
Unit Descriptions are now correctly displayed on Site Overview Reports.
Fixed an error preventing Callouts from being created from Asset Movement Requests.
Audit File password reset emails now correctly include the user's new password.
Improved unit identification within Monitoring Logs. Where a Unit Description has not been captured, the Unit Counter will display as well.
Lead Capture Webforms now correctly accept Eswatini (+268) mobile numbers.
Updated the Technician Location Error notification template for clearer communication.
Improved the accuracy of the Lead Profitability Report.
Batch Numbers and Manufacturing Dates can now be displayed on Job Cards, providing improved product traceability.
Report category filters now correctly update the default report displayed when changing categories.
Added an Order Date column to the Outstanding Purchase Order Report.
Asset Disposal Lists are now correctly restricted to assets belonging to the relevant organisation.
Added additional Unit Type settings for Before and After Images, providing greater control over when photographic evidence is required.
Audit History now records when a user is added as a Health Score Threshold Recipient.
Decimal minute values are now handled correctly on recurring job items.
The Item CSV Report can now include inactive items where required, improving historical reporting and item management.
Added six new pastel colour options to the Job Card colour dropdown across all platforms.
Threshold recipients can now be updated in bulk across multiple Audit Sites, making notification management quicker and easier.
Improved the accuracy of the Item Profitability Report.
Leads can now be searched using their VAT Number, making it easier to locate customer records.
Comments captured under line items now pull through correctly to Partial Credit Notes.
Improved the loading performance of the Service Treatment Report.
