Navigating the Leads Module:

Accessing the Leads Module:

  • Head to the left side of the page and click on the Leads Module.

Exploring Tabs:

  • Check out the tabs in the header, especially the CAPTURE tab and MY LEADS tab.

Capturing a New Client:

  • Click on the CAPTURE tab.

  • Select your branch or company.

  • Fill in the client details: Company name, VAT number, Mobile number, Email address, Postal address, and Delivery address.

  • For easy navigation, link the delivery address to Google Maps using the first field. Note: The second, larger field won't link automatically to Google Maps.

  • Specify where the lead heard about your company.

  • Choose the category your lead belongs to. (This will sync with SAGE; you can learn more in our SAGE Basics video.)

Additional Information:

  • Add up to 7 additional email addresses.

  • If you're using the Sales Module, set the funnel status.

  • Enter the lifetime value if there's a set contract amount.

  • Specify the payment terms.

  • Choose the VAT options for the client (YES/NO).

Save and Confirm:

  • Save the details.

  • A success message will confirm the lead creation.

Post-Capture Actions:

  • You'll automatically switch from the CAPTURE tab to the MY LEADS tab.

  • You can now view the captured info under LEAD INFORMATION.
