How to edit a current / existing leads information

Accessing Leads Module:

  • Open the Leads Module from the explore bar on the left side of the page.

Navigating to Lead Information:

  • Navigate to the MY LEADS tab or use the search bar and toggles to find the specific lead you want to edit.

  • Click on the lead name to open its information page.

Initiating Edit Mode:

  • On the lead information page, locate the blue button labeled "EDIT."

  • Click on "EDIT" to switch to the editable screen.

Editing Lead Information:

  • You are now in an editable mode where you can modify any information related to the lead.

  • Update the necessary fields such as contact details, addresses, or any other relevant information.

Saving Changes:

  • After making the edits, click on the "SAVE" button to apply the changes.

  • This step prevents any loss of information and updates the lead's details accordingly.

Confirmation:

  • Review the updated information to ensure accuracy.

  • Once saved, the lead's information will be updated throughout the system.

Note:

  • It's essential to verify all changes before saving to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless operations.
