Accessing Leads Module:
Open the Leads Module from the explore bar on the left side of the page.
Navigating to Lead Information:
Navigate to the MY LEADS tab or use the search bar and toggles to find the specific lead you want to edit.
Click on the lead name to open its information page.
Initiating Edit Mode:
On the lead information page, locate the blue button labeled "EDIT."
Click on "EDIT" to switch to the editable screen.
Editing Lead Information:
You are now in an editable mode where you can modify any information related to the lead.
Update the necessary fields such as contact details, addresses, or any other relevant information.
Saving Changes:
After making the edits, click on the "SAVE" button to apply the changes.
This step prevents any loss of information and updates the lead's details accordingly.
Confirmation:
Review the updated information to ensure accuracy.
Once saved, the lead's information will be updated throughout the system.
