How to create an invoice

Accessing the Leads Module:

  • Open the Leads Module from the explore bar on the left side of the page.

Navigating to Lead Information:

  • Check the tabs, especially the MY LEADS tab, and use the search bar and toggles to find the lead you're working with.

Opening Lead Information:

  • Click on the relevant lead to open its information page.

  • Use the blue buttons for various actions, such as creating an invoice.

Initiating Invoice Creation:

  • Click on "Create Invoice."

  • After creating the invoice, a success message will appear—just click "okay" to dismiss it.

Versatility in Workflow:

  • This process works the same way for creating quotes and job cards.
