Pending Quotes Tab Explained
Accessing the Pending Quotes Tab:
Navigate to the schedule module in the explore bar on the left-hand side of the page.
Click on the Pending Quotes tab to view pending quotes.
Navigation and Filtering:
Familiarize yourself with the various tabs in the header.
Use the search bar and toggles to filter the data for specific quotes.
Summary View:
Columns display client details, cell number, quote amount, status, views, date created, comments, and action buttons.
The quick view provides summary information about each quote.
If the quote has been emailed to the client from the Briskflow system, the status will read "Sent to Client."
Managing Quotes:
To open and view a quote in detail, click on "Edit." This opens the quote view where you can make necessary changes.
Double-check quoted items and adjust details if needed.
To send the quote to the client, click on "Preview Quote" and then "Send." This updates the status to "Sent to Client."
To manually accept a quote, click on "Schedule Job" to force acceptance. The quote will move to the Pending Jobs tab for assignment and scheduling.
To reject a quote, click on "Reject Quotation." Once rejected, you can archive the quote to remove it from your Pending Quotes tab.
Note: If you do not see the archive button, you may not have permission to archive quotes.
If a previously rejected quote needs to be reinstated, open the quote by clicking on "Edit" and then click on "Reinstate."
