Pending Quotes Tab Explained

  1. Accessing the Pending Quotes Tab:

    • Navigate to the schedule module in the explore bar on the left-hand side of the page.

    • Click on the Pending Quotes tab to view pending quotes.

  2. Navigation and Filtering:

    • Familiarize yourself with the various tabs in the header.

    • Use the search bar and toggles to filter the data for specific quotes.

  3. Summary View:

    • Columns display client details, cell number, quote amount, status, views, date created, comments, and action buttons.

    • The quick view provides summary information about each quote.

    • If the quote has been emailed to the client from the Briskflow system, the status will read "Sent to Client."

  4. Managing Quotes:

    • To open and view a quote in detail, click on "Edit." This opens the quote view where you can make necessary changes.

    • Double-check quoted items and adjust details if needed.

    • To send the quote to the client, click on "Preview Quote" and then "Send." This updates the status to "Sent to Client."

    • To manually accept a quote, click on "Schedule Job" to force acceptance. The quote will move to the Pending Jobs tab for assignment and scheduling.

    • To reject a quote, click on "Reject Quotation." Once rejected, you can archive the quote to remove it from your Pending Quotes tab.

    • Note: If you do not see the archive button, you may not have permission to archive quotes.

    • If a previously rejected quote needs to be reinstated, open the quote by clicking on "Edit" and then click on "Reinstate."
