Pending Jobs Tab Explained

  1. Accessing the Pending Jobs Tab:

    • Navigate to the schedule module in the explore bar on the left-hand side of the page.

    • Click on the Pending Jobs tab located in your header.

  2. Types of Dockets:

    • The Pending Jobs tab contains two types of dockets:

      • Type 1: Accepted quotes that need scheduling and assignment.

      • Type 2: Created job cards that require scheduling and assignment.

  3. Navigation and Filtering:

    • Familiarize yourself with the various tabs in the header.

    • Utilize the search bar and toggles to filter the data for specific job cards.

  4. Summary View:

    • Columns display client details, cell number, amount, status, views, date created, comments, and action buttons.

    • The quick view provides summary information about each job card.

    • Note that the docket number changes to a job card number, and the status updates to pending.

  5. Managing Job Cards:

    • To open a specific job card, click on the "Assign" button, and the job card details will open.

    • To schedule and assign the job card:

      • Scroll down to the schedule section.

      • Assign the correct person to the job card.

      • Select the date and time.

      • Click the blue "Schedule Job Card" button.

      • A success message will confirm that your job card has been successfully moved to the Scheduled Jobs tab.

      • The assigned employee will receive a notification and can now complete the job card.

  6. Assigning Colors to Teams:

    • If you have various teams, you can assign a color to each team for easy identification in your calendar view.

    • Use the details section to assign a color and save your settings.

    • It's recommended to select the color first, then assign the team, pick the date, and schedule the job card.
