Scheduled Jobs Tab Explained

  1. Accessing the Scheduled Jobs Tab:

    • Navigate to the schedule module in the explore bar on the left-hand side of the page.

    • Click on the Scheduled Jobs tab in the header.

  2. Types of Dockets:

    • The Scheduled Jobs tab contains two types of dockets:

      • Job cards that have been scheduled and assigned to employees or teams.

      • Scheduled job cards with a specified date and time but without assigned employees or teams yet.

  3. Navigation and Filtering:

    • Familiarize yourself with the various tabs in the header.

    • Utilize the search bar and toggles to filter the data for specific job cards.

  4. Summary View:

    • Columns display client details, cell number, amount, status, views, date created, comments, and action buttons.

    • The quick view provides summary information about each job card.

    • Use the "Send Job Card" button on the right-hand side to send a job card directly from this screen.

    • Select multiple job cards by clicking on the checkbox next to each and then clicking "Send All Selected."

  5. Managing Job Cards:

    • To open a job card for viewing or editing, click on "Edit."

    • Edit job card details as needed; any changes made can be resent to the client.

    • Reassign teams or change scheduled dates and times directly from the job card interface.
