Client Acceptance via Email:
If a client has accepted your quote via email but did not click the link to electronically accept the quote, you need to manually force the quote to acceptance.
Steps to Manually Accept a Quote:
Open the Quote:
Navigate to the quote that needs to be accepted.
Schedule Job:
Click on the blue "Schedule Job" button.
Automatic Changes Upon Clicking "Schedule Job":
The quote is accepted.
Stock is reserved according to the line items in the quote.
The quote number changes to a job card number.
The quote moves from the pending quotes tab to the job cards tab.
You can now schedule the job by selecting an operator, date, and time.
