How to schedule a job

Steps to Schedule a Job:

  1. Navigate to the Schedule Module:

    • Open the schedule module and click on the "Search" tab.

  2. Use the Search Block:

    • Enter a unique detail from the client to help locate the job you want to open and schedule.

    • Click on the blue "EDIT" button to open your quote, job card, or invoice.

  3. Scroll to the Schedule Section:

    • Within the screen, scroll down to find the "SCHEDULE" section.

  4. Assign a User:

    • Click on the dropdown menu to select the specific user or technician for the job.

  5. Set Start and End Dates/Times:

    • Pick the start and end dates.

    • Set the estimated start and end times for the job.

  6. Schedule the Job:

    • Click on the "Schedule Job Card" button.

Automatic Updates:

  • The job is now assigned to the selected technician.

  • The scheduled job will reflect on your calendar.
