Steps to Schedule a Job:
Navigate to the Schedule Module:
Open the schedule module and click on the "Search" tab.
Use the Search Block:
Enter a unique detail from the client to help locate the job you want to open and schedule.
Click on the blue "EDIT" button to open your quote, job card, or invoice.
Scroll to the Schedule Section:
Within the screen, scroll down to find the "SCHEDULE" section.
Assign a User:
Click on the dropdown menu to select the specific user or technician for the job.
Set Start and End Dates/Times:
Pick the start and end dates.
Set the estimated start and end times for the job.
Schedule the Job:
Click on the "Schedule Job Card" button.
Automatic Updates:
The job is now assigned to the selected technician.
The scheduled job will reflect on your calendar.
