Steps to Schedule a Pending Job:
Open the Pending Jobs Tab:
Go to the "Pending Jobs" tab in the "Schedule" module.
Identify the Job:
Locate the job you want to schedule or assign to a user.
Assign the Job:
Click on the "Assign" button to open the job card.
Scroll to the Schedule Section:
Within the screen, scroll down to find the "SCHEDULE" section.
Assign a User:
Click on the dropdown menu to select the specific user or technician for the job.
Set Start and End Dates/Times:
Pick the start and end dates.
Set the estimated start and end times for the job.
Schedule the Job:
Click on the "Schedule Job Card" button.
Automatic Updates:
The job is now assigned to the selected technician.
The scheduled job will reflect on your calendar.
