How to schedule a pending job

Steps to Schedule a Pending Job:

  1. Open the Pending Jobs Tab:

    • Go to the "Pending Jobs" tab in the "Schedule" module.

  2. Identify the Job:

    • Locate the job you want to schedule or assign to a user.

  3. Assign the Job:

    • Click on the "Assign" button to open the job card.

  4. Scroll to the Schedule Section:

    • Within the screen, scroll down to find the "SCHEDULE" section.

  5. Assign a User:

    • Click on the dropdown menu to select the specific user or technician for the job.

  6. Set Start and End Dates/Times:

    • Pick the start and end dates.

    • Set the estimated start and end times for the job.

  7. Schedule the Job:

    • Click on the "Schedule Job Card" button.

Automatic Updates:

  • The job is now assigned to the selected technician.

  • The scheduled job will reflect on your calendar.
