Steps to Assign a Colour:
Open the Job Card:
Navigate to either the "Pending Jobs" or "Scheduled Jobs" tab.
Open the job card you want to assign a colour to.
Scroll to the Details Section:
Within the job card, scroll down to find the "Details" section.
Pick a Colour:
Locate the field named "Colour" with a dropdown menu labeled "Pick a Colour."
Click on the dropdown menu and select the desired colour based on your internal criteria or discretion.
Save the Colour:
Scroll down to the save button for the respective section and click on "Save."
Your job colour has now been assigned and will be visible on the calendar view.
Visibility:
The assigned colour will help you quickly identify the job on the calendar view, enhancing your ability to manage and organize jobs efficiently.
