Assigning a technician to a job can be done directly from the quote, job card, or invoice. Follow these steps to assign a technician.
Steps to Assign a Technician:
Navigate to the Schedule Block:
Open the quote, job card, or invoice.
Scroll down to the schedule block section.
Select a technician:
In the schedule block, locate the "Select Technician" dropdown.
Click on the dropdown and select the technician from the list.
Set the Date and Time:
After selecting the technician, choose the date and time for the job.
Your technician will now be assigned to the job with the specified date and time.
