How to assign a technician to a job

Assigning a technician to a job can be done directly from the quote, job card, or invoice. Follow these steps to assign a technician.

Steps to Assign a Technician:

  1. Navigate to the Schedule Block:

    • Open the quote, job card, or invoice.

    • Scroll down to the schedule block section.

  2. Select a technician:

    • In the schedule block, locate the "Select Technician" dropdown.

    • Click on the dropdown and select the technician from the list.

  3. Set the Date and Time:

    • After selecting the technician, choose the date and time for the job.

Your technician will now be assigned to the job with the specified date and time.
