How to Change the technician assigned to a job

Changing the technician assigned to a job on your quote, job card, or invoice is straightforward. Follow these steps to make the change.

Steps to Change the Technician:

  1. Navigate to the Scheduler Block:

    • Open your quote, job card, or invoice.

    • Scroll down to the scheduler block section.

  2. Select the Current Technician:

    • Find the name of the current technician assigned to the job.

    • Click on the name of the current technician.

  3. Choose a New Technician:

    • A dropdown menu will appear with a list of different technicians.

    • Select the technician that you would like to assign to the job from the dropdown list.

  4. Save Changes:

    • After selecting the new technician, ensure to save or update the job details as required by clicking on the appropriate save button in the scheduler block.

Your job will now be assigned to the newly selected technician.
