Accessing Requisitions:
Navigate to the "Items" module and click on the "Requisitions" tab.
Using Filters:
In the Requisitions tab, utilize multiple filters to streamline data results on your screen.
Tip:
Use the Mode dropdown to toggle to "Consolidated" view, showing total quantities required for all job cards, sales orders, treatment reports, service reports, and stock requirements based on client needs.
Consolidated View Details:
Once in Consolidated mode, you can quickly view:
Item
Item Code
Location
Required Quantity
On Hand Quantity
Shortfall Quantity
Movement (Order, Pending Order, Move)
Understanding Required Stock:
Required: Total stock needed for all raised job cards, sales orders, treatment reports, service reports, etc.
On Hand: Available stock to fulfill requirements.
Shortfall: Amount needed to be ordered from suppliers to meet stock requirements.
Movement Column: Clickable buttons:
Order: Create a supplier order for the item.
Pending Order: View existing orders and place additional orders if needed.
Move: Allocate available stock to relevant job cards, service reports, treatment reports, sales orders.
Additional Options:
Each button provides specific actions related to stock management.
Clicking on these buttons opens further options:
