Automatic Stock Reservation:
When creating a job card and adding line items, the system automatically reserves stock for those items.
Note: Stock is only reserved when a quote is converted to a pending job. Quotes themselves do not reserve stock.
Removing Stock from a Job Card:
If you need to remove stock from a job card (e.g., item not used, no longer needed, incorrect product selected), simply remove the line item from the job card.
Stock will automatically be returned to the warehouse and made available for future use.
