Creating a Call-Out (Admin View)
Navigate to the “Callouts” tab located on the left-hand menu.
Click “Create” at the top of the page.
Ensure the correct store name is selected.
In the Asset List, search for the asset by name.
Confirm that the serial number matches the asset details.
Enter a brief and relevant description of the issue or request.
Select the appropriate category.
Choose the relevant vendor.
Click Submit to finalize the call-out.
Note: The Submit button will only appear after selecting an asset from the dropdown menu.
Technician View:
Go to the “My Call-outs” menu tab.
Select your lead/branch from the list.
Scroll past the filters section and find the “Create Callout” button below.
Ensure the correct store name is selected.
In the Asset List, search for the asset by name.
Confirm that the serial number matches the asset details.
Enter a brief and relevant description of the issue or request.
Select the appropriate category.
Choose the relevant vendor.
Click Submit to finalize the call-out.
