How to accept a call-out
Vendor/Company Perspective:
The vendor or company for whom the call-out is created will receive an email notification indicating that a call-out has been created for them.
In the email, there will be a link to the call-out. Click on this link to open the call-out.
Within the call-out details, there will be an “Accept/Reject” button.
Click on the appropriate button to accept or reject the call-out.
