View call-out history on Assets

View call-out history on Assets

  • Admin View:

    • Navigate to the “Assets” menu tab on the left-hand side in the admin view.

    • Click on the “Asset Register” button at the top menu tab to access the list of assets.

    • Find and select the desired asset by searching or browsing the list.

    • Click on the serial number of the asset to open its details.

    • Scroll down to the “Call-outs” section to view all linked call-outs associated with that asset.

  • Technician View:

    • Navigate to the “Assets” menu tab in the technician view.

    • Apply filters to locate the assets belonging to the desired lead or branch.

    • Scroll through the assets list and click on the “View” button next to the desired asset.

    • Scroll down to the “Call-outs” section within the asset details page to view all linked call-outs associated with that asset.
