Search for a job card linked to a service/call-out on an asset
Admin View:
Navigate to the “Assets” menu tab on the left-hand side in the admin view.
Click on the “Asset Register” button at the top menu tab to access the list of assets.
Find and select the desired asset by searching or browsing the list.
Click on the serial number of the asset to open its details.
Scroll down to the “Call-outs” section to view all linked call-outs associated with that asset.
The job card number linked to the call-out will be displayed in this section. Click on the job card number to navigate directly to the job card linked to the call-out.
Technician View:
Navigate to the “Assets” menu tab in the technician view.
Apply filters to locate the assets belonging to the desired lead or branch.
Scroll through the assets list and click on the “View” button next to the desired asset.
Scroll down to the “Call-outs” section within the asset details page to view all linked call-outs associated with that asset.
The job card number linked to the call-out will be displayed in this section. Click on the job card number to navigate directly to the job card linked to the call-out.
