Forgot Password
If you forget your password and need to reset it, follow these steps:
Resetting Your Password:
On the login page, click on the 'Forgot password' link.
Enter your email address and click 'Submit'.
A success message will confirm that a password reset request has been sent to your email.
Verify Your Identity:
Check your email inbox (also check your spam/junk folder) for an email titled "Request to Generate New Password".
Open the email and click on the provided link to verify your identity.
You'll see a success message confirming your verification.
Receive Your New Password:
Shortly after verification, you will receive another email titled "New Password Created" containing your new password.
Change Your Password:
Log in to the platform using your email address and the new password provided.
Once logged in, open the profile module located on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click on the 'Password' tab to change your password.
Enter your old password (the one received via the reset/forgot password process).
Enter your new desired password and verify it.
Click 'Change' to update your password successfully.
These steps ensure you can securely reset and update your password as needed.
