SAGE Clients:

Reason 1: A new client was created in Briskflow and hasn't been linked to SAGE yet.

Solution: Push the client information to SAGE.

  1. In your Job Card / Sales Order / Treatment Report / Service Report, look for a blue "Create Customer" button.

  2. Click "Create Customer" and either create a new client or add details to an existing client based on your Briskflow and SAGE databases.

  3. Once the client details are updated in SAGE, the Invoice Sage Accounting button will appear, allowing you to continue invoicing as normal.

Reason 2: Some data fields were not filled in completely before importing data to Briskflow.

Solution: Ensure the data fields are correctly completed.

  1. In your Job Card / Sales Order / Treatment Report / Service Report, look for a blue "Set Category" button.

  2. Click "Set Category" and set the category type for the lead/client.

  3. Once the client details are updated in SAGE, the Invoice Sage Accounting button will appear, allowing you to continue invoicing as normal.
