I can't find the call-out on Admin / Tech View?
If you're unable to locate your call-out under the Active tab:
Check Other Tabs:
Switch to the tabs to the right (e.g., Pending, Closed) to find your call-out.
Call-outs may have been completed, pending, or closed by other users and will move from the Active tab accordingly.
Contact Support:
If you still can't find it, contact our support team.
Provide them with the call-out number for further assistance.
