To check the profitability of your job cards, follow these steps:
Access Reports:
Look at the top right corner of your screen for the "View Reports" button and click on it.
Choose Your Category:
Select the "Sales" option from the available categories.
Set Your Date Range:
Choose your start and end dates to filter the report by the specific timeframe you need.
Generate the Report:
You have two options to generate the report:
On-Screen Report: Click on the "Global Profitability Report" option to generate the report directly on your screen for quick viewing. You can click on individual data entries for more details or to directly access specific job cards (e.g., click on a job card number to open and navigate through it to understand the profit margin).
CSV Download: Alternatively, download the report as a CSV file, which you can open in Excel. This file will contain the same information but in a format that allows you to sort and analyze the data according to your needs. Note that this CSV file will not auto-link back to the Briskflow platform.
These options provide the same data, but in different formats to suit your requirements.
This report will show you a detailed comparison of costs vs sales prices, helping you to analyze the profitability for each job card.
