How to add additional / multiple email addresses to your lead

Changing the Org Setting:

  • Open the BRANCHES TAB and search for your company profile.

  • Click on the VIEW DETAILS highlighted text.

  • Click on EDIT.

  • Navigate to the setting "Multiple emails on leads."

  • Change the tick box to YES.

  • CLICK on SAVE once done.

Finding and Viewing a Lead:

  • Open the Leads Module from the explore bar on the left side of the page.

  • Navigate to the MY LEADS tab in the header.

  • Utilize the search bar and toggles to filter your search data.

Opening Lead Information:

  • Click on the relevant lead to open its information page.

  • Use the blue buttons on the screen for various actions.

Adding Additional Email Addresses:

  • Scroll down to the ADDITIONAL EMAIL ADDRESSES section.

    • You are able to add up to a maximum of 3 additional email addresses and split this up using ';' without any spaces)

  • Enter the email address and click save.

  • Your additional email address is now added
