The new feature allows for partial order fulfilment and tracking. When only a portion of an order can be delivered or manufactured due to stock limitations, users can complete a job card and invoice the customer for the delivered quantity. The job card will indicate partial completion, reflecting the pending stock to be received from the supplier. The system will keep track of the partial delivery to ensure accurate order fulfilment once the remaining stock arrives.

How to Use this feature:

On an Accepted Quote (Pending Job), scroll down to the Delivery Notes area and click on the “Add Delivery”.

The system will create a new Partial Job Card / Delivery Note with all the items that are on the original Job Card.

Remove the items that will not be delivered and schedule the Delivery note to your Driver or Technician. You have the ability to Invoice this Delivery note which will only have the value of the items delivered on it.

Once the outstanding items are available, go to the original Job Card and click on “Add Delivery”. This will create a new Job Card, but only the outstanding items will be added to the order.

- Remove items if they are not available at that time.

- Schedule delivery and Invoice.

- Repeat until the whole original orders items have been delivered.

- The original Job Card will remain in an In-Progress status until the whole order has been delivered.

This Feature is role based. Please contact [email protected] to have roles assigned.
