Quotes sent from the system, will have a link for your client to open and view the quote digitally.
If they would like to proceed with the quote, they can easily accept the quote on theur side by clicking ont he green accept button. This will automatically move the quote from a pending quotes status to a pending jobs status - ready for you to assign a techie or team to the jib card to get the work done.
In the event of a client informing you that they are happy with the quotation and would like to proceed, but they were unable to accept the quote digitally - you can manually accept the quote by following the steps provided in the video below:
