🔄 Technician Swap Tool

Managing technician availability is now easier with the new Technician Swap feature.

This tool allows administrators to quickly swap scheduled work between two technicians over a defined date range.

Key features

  • Select Technician A and Technician B

  • Choose a start and end date

  • Option to include recurring schedules in the swap

  • The system automatically identifies all relevant schedules within the selected period

  • Job cards are then reassigned between the selected technicians

This makes it simple to manage:

  • Leave coverage

  • Staff rotations

  • Temporary team adjustments

  • Workload balancing


📊 New Dashboard & Reporting Enhancements

Several powerful reports have been added to provide better insight into operational performance and revenue trends.

Revenue: Recurring vs Once-Off Work

A new double line chart now shows the difference between recurring revenue and once-off revenue over time.

Benefits

  • Quickly identify growth in contracted recurring work

  • Track trends in ad-hoc or once-off jobs

  • Compare revenue streams month-by-month

The chart uses a logarithmic scale to handle large variations in revenue values across the organisation.

  • Top 5 clients by revenue

  • Bottom 5 clients by revenue

  • Clear visual column charts for comparison


Revenue: New vs Existing Customers

A new pie chart report shows revenue generated from:

· New customers

· Existing customers


Income by Category Report

A new Income by Category report provides a breakdown of revenue across job types.

Examples include

  • Domestic

  • Commercial

  • Once-off services

  • Other configured job categories

Features

  • Visual pie chart overview

  • Detailed table of values below the chart

  • All values shown excluding VAT

This report helps you quickly understand where your revenue is coming from.


New Leads Report

A powerful new Audit Sites Overview report provides deeper insight into equipment and audit activity across sites.

Per site and branch visibility of:

  • Job card completion counts
